Channel 4: Students gone too far

Baltimore students have overstepped the lines of decent and racial exceptinse when they hosted a Hallowe’en party a few weeks ago, called “Halloween in the Hood.”

The members of the Sigma Chi have been put on social probation untill January 2008, but the Univeristy heads. This means the fraternity can not hold parties or other social events.

They were found guilty on Monday of racial stereotyping and indangerment towards the Black Student Body.

Every so often someone in the building next to me puts their furniture outside. I am not too sure if they are cleaning or redecorating. Once before they had a red sofa, now its a blue chair. I just love odd things you find in everyday life.

Mercer’s Hallowe’en

Canadians love to watch Rick Mercer brake down the government, and this week’s show was the second highest in it’s four year run. Rick Mercer (This Hour has 22 Minutes, Talking to Americans) spent Hallowe’en night with Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s family, being read a bedtime story.
